The 135 Hi-Span Louvre is an Operable Infill Louvre for Sun Louvre Panels. In New Zealand (only) it can be used as a Balustrade System (See the 165 Hi-Span for Australian Balustrades)

When specified for New Zealand Balustrades (only), the Louvres must run vertically.  Please note, this Louvre Panel is for Balustrade Infill purposes only and requires separate Structural Support for Balustrades. 

Not only is the 135 Hi-Span Louvre a Balustrade, it can also be specified as a Hand Adjustable or Fixed Louvre Panel Infill, positioned either Horizontally or Vertically.
